The delivery costs depend on the type of selected delivery carrier and service, the type of products, the total weight of the order and the respective country of destination. There are countries we do not ship to. Please check the country list below to see if there are any delivery options available.

Bank transfer. The order is passed along to production immediately after we have confirmation of payment in Picture Happy banking account. If payment is confirmed in Picture Happy account until 13:00 o’clock on particular day, then the day in question becomes the first day of order being in production.
Payment card. In case of successful payment with bank payment card, the order is passed to production on the very same day.
On holidays you can place orders and make payments for them. The production of paid orders will be started on the next working days. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
The estimated delivery time is based on the product that takes the longest time to produce..
Photo prints production time is calculated dynamically depending on the amount of photos to be printed at that exact moment. This information on our webpage is updated hourly. To learn the correct photo prints production time for your order you have to check our home page section "Production time" when you are making payment for your order.
Production time is also displayed in Shopping Cart upon order submission, but that production time will be valid only if you make the payment instantly – with bank card or BankLink (or gift certificate). If payment is made with bank transfer then photo prints production time is being calculated and fixed when payment is registered in our system (orders paid with bank transfers are processed every weekday).
